The Challenge:

HM is a 100 hundred years brand located in Germany . With a wide range of products, they needed one or two sizes of paper box with different designs of inner tray to suit a variety of needs, as well as the flexibility to custom print on recyclable Kraft paper in order to feature their branding and look. All inner trays have to be paper made but able to hold products tight inside.

The Process:

At LEYEAH, we know how important getting the little things right is to carrying your brand further. For HM, our Chinese team went over to Germany for face to face communication and visit their factories and study product ranges and current packaging stories, worked to understand the HM brand, look and feel to create a packaging that was elegant and refined to match their store, while still having the flexibility of two different sizes to suit their wide range of products and items for sale. Now, our extended range of packaging solutions also provided choice and flexibility for HM.

The Impact:

We created a bespoke packaging solution for HM that streamlined the ordering and forecasting system. Now, not only do we manufacture HM’s boxes and displays to exacting standards, but we also warehouses the products, forecasts future product needs, distributes to their different factories, and the team are always available to address any concerns.
